Mainz Lacrosse Camp 2013

Mainz Camp

Mainz Lacrosse Club of Germany has run a development camp for men and women over the last 4 years with the help of The European Lacrosse Federation (ELF). The camp has grown year on year and is a fantastic experience to be a part of! Last year the number of participants almost exceeded 100 men and women from clubs not only in Germany, but also neighbouring countries. With this huge number of players Mainz Lacrosse Club asked ArchLevel Lacrosse to help, so we sent two of our coaches to join their already extremely talented coaching roster. Heading up the men’s side was Matt Bagley, England Men’s National Lacrosse Team, Head Coach and Anna Sody, German Women’s National Lacrosse Team, Assistant Head Coach. The entire camp was expertly run and everyone walked away better players.

Mainz CoachesThis year Mainz are running their 5th camp with 120 players attending from all over Europe. Matt Bagley is leading the men’s side again this year and Hazel Wisbey, Hitchin Lacrosse will be taking the lead on the women’s camp. Mainz have also designed pinnies for the players to order this year from The ArchLevel Factory to help celebrate the occasion. We look forward to posting some excellent photos and an article on how well the camp went later in the month.
